How to Make: Delicious Fish n Chips

Fish n Chips is a common take away food originally from English. A fried battered fish and hot chips Fish and chips quickly became a stock meal among the working classes in England as a consequence of the rapid development of trawl fishing in the North Sea, and the development of railways which connected the ports to major industrial cities during the second half of the 19th century, so that fresh fish could be rapidly transported to the heavily populated areas.

Fish n Chips consisted from two main ingredients, the battered fish meat and Potato chips. The original recipe use beer for batter mix, but because some people can't consume beer we will use soda water for the substitute. Chips is term used for fries in UK, but in America chips is thin sliced potato (in UK they call it crisps) and i think Chips in UK is thicker and bigger on the cut from USA fries.
